Using this website

This website belongs to Cape Town Village Choir, a registered South African NPO. By using it you agree to these terms. Please use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it or gain access to systems or data that are not yours.

Content and copyright

Text, images and design on this site belong to the choir or are used with permission. You may share and link to our pages. Please ask before reproducing photographs or arrangements elsewhere.

Forms and submissions

Information you send through the Join the Choir form or newsletter sign-up is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting a form does not guarantee membership. We will reply about the next open rehearsal.

Donations

Donations are processed by Yoco on their platform and are subject to Yoco's terms. Donations fund rehearsal spaces, sheet music and materials, and community outreach programmes. Donations are voluntary and, unless otherwise agreed in writing, are not refundable. If you donated in error, contact us and we will do what we reasonably can.

Accuracy and liability

We keep this site as accurate and available as we can, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from links to other websites.
